About Karen

Karen studied Town and Regional Planning at the University of Pretoria. The degree was received at the end of 1994.

Karen was resident in West Africa from January 1996 until April 1998, after which a design and high quality printing business, Print Expression cc, was established. This business is still active and also conducted from home.

The interest in herbs has been exploited for years, first as food flavourings and later as natural healers and immunity builders.

After studying medicinal qualities of herbs in many books, it was decided to enroll for a Diploma course at the Institute of Natural Healing, an international institute, based in England. The course was finished at the end of 2005.

After realisation of the amazing natural healing qualities of herbs, and transition from the use of conventional medicine to herbal remedies, it was decided to assist others in a new way of life, characterised by the use of herbs.
